He is survived by: his son Harold Chaplin, Jr. (Faith) of Wabash; his grandchildren, Zackary "Zack" Chaplin of Wabash, Allie Chaplin of Wabash and Conner Johnson of Wabash; his great grandchildren, Stevie Chaplin, Willow Chaplin, Zoey Chaplin and Jackson Brubaker; and his siblings, Gerald Dean "Butch" Chaplin of Wabash and Loretta Ventura of Texas.
