He is survived by: his wife Lucille Webb of Wabash; his children, Deborah Smith (Mike Arrowood) of Wabash, Bryan Webb (Beverly) of Randleman, Joshua Webb (April) of Tipton and Amanda Edmond (David) of Wabash; his siblings, Estille Webb (Margaret) of Wabash, Bobby Webb (JoAnn) of Prestonsburg and Betty Daniels of Prestonsburg; and his sister-in-law Anne Webb of Prestonsburg. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
