He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Givens and Helen Givens (Friermood); and his brother Larry Givens. He is survived by: his children, Melanie Penn (Phil) and Scott Givens (Beth); his stepson Rick Holmes (Paula); his grandchildren, Rebecca Penn (Jayson Mills), Steven Penn, Cami Elsasser (Eric), Ryan Givens (Cherish) and Victoria Fadil (Nathanael); his stepgrandchildren, Graydon, Hannah and Cody Holmes; his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Scarlett, Michael Elsasser, William Givens and Elias Fadil; his brother Mark Givens (Linda); and his sister-in-law Gayle Givens.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service (1241 Manchester Ave, Wabash, IN 46992). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at the Lagro Cemetery.
