He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Richards of Wabash; his daughters, Teresa Dinkins (Scott), Tonia Richards of Wabash and Tiffany Kaltenmark (Michael) of Westfield, Indiana; his grandchildren, Andrew Dinkins, Alex Dinkins, Addison Dinkins, Everett Kaltenmark and Miles Kaltenmark; his brother Jeffrey Lynn "Butch" Richards of Cicero; and his aunt Joyce Butcher of Florida.

Preferred memorials are Parkview Home Healthcare & Hospice or Mesothelioma Research Foundation.
