It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Georgia R. VanMeter of Wabash, Indiana, who passed away on March 25, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Georgia R. VanMeter to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her grandson Brady Eltzroth; and her siblings, Charles, Ernie, Greg Norton and Sharon Kennedy.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas VanMeter of Wabash; her children, Perry VanMeter (Deborah) of LaFontaine, Scott VanMeter of Garrett and Shanna Eltzroth (Michael) of Wabash; her grandchildren, Kevin Eltzroth, Mellissa Spencer, Brandon VanMeter, Joshua VanMeter and Jessie VanMeter; and her sister Rinthy Cluff of Sault St. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Preferred memorials are to be directed to the Wabash County Animal Shelter in care of McDonald Funeral Homes.
