She was predeceased by: her parents, Buster Franklin and Fannie Delong Franklin; and her siblings, Emma Hyden, Bertha Ann Franklin, Linda Tousley, Doris Fitch, Avonelle Franklin and William "Buddy" Bowling.
She is survived by: her husband Steve Hamilton; her daughters, Patrina Ratliff of Wabash and Teresa Brackett of River, Kentucky; her siblings, David Lee Bowling (Linda) of East Point, Kentucky, Barbara Stambaugh (Hershel) of Hager Hill, Billie Goble of Georgetown and Marie Fagen of Northern, Ireland; and her grandchildren, Deborah Grace Brackett, Maggie Marlene Brackett and Steven Lawrence Thomas Brackett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
