She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard C. Simpson and Wanda Simpson (Banks); and her daughter Wanda "Windy" Simpson. She is survived by: her daughter Sally Houlihan (Greg) of Wabash; and her siblings, Richard Simpson, Jr. of Roann and Peggy Frayley of Wabash. She is also survived by three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
