He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hines of Wabash; his children, Melissa Smith (Roger) of Syracuse, Franklin Hines, Jr. (Chrissy) of Wabash, Jonny Hines (Tiffani) of Wabash, Adelin Adams of Wabash, Robert Graves (Samantha) of Stockton, David Graves (Pam) of Fort Wayne, Everett Graves (Sarah) of Stockton and Nathan Graves (Sherry) of South Carolina; his sister Cheryl Pence (Joel) of Syracuse; and his brothers-in-law, David Jeffers of Port Charlotte and Scott Jeffers (Susan) of Bunker Hill. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.
