He is survived by: his wife Ramona Holbrook of Wabash; his children, Jesse Holbrook (Betsy) of Fort Wayne, Brandon Catlett (Amber) of Phnompehn, Cambodia and Lisa Blocher (John) of Wabash, Indiana; his stepdaughters, Carissa Copeland of Wabash, Indiana and Mackenzie Powell of Wabash, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Anthony Wooten (Paige), Dakota Holbrook (Cayley), Jessica Blocher (Ryan Davenport), Kameron Holbrook, Alexandria Blocher, Tyler Blocher, Riley Wooten, Danika Holbrook, Jaeden Winstead, Reagen Copeland, Karson McKenzie and Sativa Craig. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
