She is survived by: her spouse Thurman Charles; her children, Charles Smith, Jr. (Idell) of Wabash, Nancy Fearnow (Steve) and Ann Meyer (Stephen); and her grandchildren, Connie Morgan (Chuck) of Wabash, Todd Slee of Roann, Kimberly Palmer (Scott) of Wabash, Lynda Wall (Todd) of Huntington, Angie and Cartwright of Andrews. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren, and seven great great grandchildren.
