She is survived by: her husband Chuck Curtis of Wabash; her children, Cara Smith (Matt) of Wabash, Ryan Curtis (Jama) of Fort Wayne and Gina Hierlmeier (Grant) of Plymouth; her grandchildren, Bailey Smith of Muncie, Jeffrey Curtis of Muncie, Derrick Smith of Wabash, Olivia Curtis of Covington and Andie Hierlmeier of Plymouth; her great grandchildren, Reid and Lydia; her sisters, Janet Poole, JoAnn Barrows, Tammy Driscoll and Tanya Gill of Wabash; and her nieces and nephews, Keith Poole, Scott Poole (Amy), Brian Poole (Jamie), Kristie Easterday (Michael), Craig Barrows (Nicole), Charles Scott Smith (Jenni) and Mariella Wohlford.
