She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond C. Wise and Esther L. Wise (McMinn); her husband Carl E. Waite; her brother Raymond G. Wise; her sons, Steve Waite and Rod Waite; and her granddaughter Angela Bowling.
She is survived by: her daughter Phyllis Jivery (Terry) of LaFontaine; her grandsons, Jeremy Waite (Leia) of LaFontaine, Luke Waite of Oklahoma and Jason Waite of Wabash; her great grandchildren, Tiffany Key of Kokomo, Austin Key of Wabash, Hannah Waite of LaFontaine, Sadie Waite of LaFontaine, Abby Waite of LaFontaine and Jacob Waite of LaFontaine; and her great great grandchild Jocelyn Key of Wabash.
