He was predeceased by: his parents, James Esta and Golda Ann Price (Rutledge); his siblings, James Esta Price II, Lester Price, Rex Price, Lon Price, Mabel Schenkel, Eleanore Eubanks, Ruby Montel, Elizabeth Mallock and Kathryn Curtis; and his half-brothers, Herbert and Robert Price.
He is survived by: his wife Georgia Mae Felts; his children, Jerry Lee Price (Nedra) of Kokomo and Bonnie Jo Douglass of Wabash; his grandchildren, Dallas E. Price (Sarah Faucett) of Kokomo, Charles E. Douglass III (Andrea) of Huntington and Brian E. Douglass (Sara) of Huntington; and his great grandchildren, Kodi L. Douglass of Huntington, Reece A. Douglass of Huntington and James Douglass of Huntington.
