He is survived by: his wife Joan Hyatt of Wabash, Indiana; his children, Carl Guingrich of Wabash and Marsha Guingrich of Wabash, Indiana; his grandchildren, Carl Guingrich II, Erika Bailey and Cynthia Green; and his siblings, Ralph Guingrich of Portland, Roger Guingrich of Celina, Dale Guingrich of Celina, Patricia Anselman of Celina, Mildred Green of Peoria, Lorrene Zuber of Coldwater and Violet Riggenbach of Paulding, Ohio.. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
