He is survived by: his wife Jean Ann Howard (Justice) of Wabash; his children, Earle Howard of Wabash, Karalee Reynolds (Randy) of North Manchester, Jason Howard of Wabash and Joshua Howard (Kimberly) of Wabash; and his siblings, Jesse Howard Jr. (Donna) of Texas, Jeff Howard of Texas, Jim Howard (Junita) of Kokomo, Jamie Mollett (Mike) of Wabash, Sandra Mick of Carmi, Illinois. and Scott Howard (Teresa) of Carmi, Illinois.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
