He is survived by: his parents, Belvey Warford and Margaret Warford of Wabash; his daughter Mackenzie Warner (Dereck) of Fort Wayne; his sister Denise Plummer (Russ) of Hendersonville; and his grandchildren, Auriella Warner of Fort Wayne and Jason Bruner of Fort Wayne.
