He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne B. Adams and Delores Adams (Bates); and his wife Cherryl Christman. He is survived by: his sons, Anthony D. Adams (Melinda) of Wabash, Christopher W. Adams (Angela) of Huntington and Justin P. Adams (Misty) of Wabash, Indiana. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
