He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean W. Weaver and Helen Weaver (Owings); and his siblings, Wilfred Weaver, Roberta Tinkle, Doris Blackburn and Anna Belle Brewer.

He is survived by: his brother Forrest Weaver of Marion; and his brother-in-law Ronald Brewer of Marion, Indiana.. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
