He was predeceased by: his parents, Klor H. Roth and Sylvia B. Roth (Conrad); and his stepdaughter Yvonne O. Gallimore. He is survived by: his wife Eileen L. Wade; his daughters, Judy K. Glenn and Leanna Stouder (Donald); his stepchildren, David O., Reva M. Lannen, Evelyn L. Longenecker (Neal) and Beverly J. Long (Larry); and his sister Phyllis Brunk (Ralph). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine step-grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and several step-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.
