He was predeceased by: his parents, Norval Loring and Alyce Campbell (Miller); his former wife Mary Beth Campbell; and his brother Dennis L. Campbell of Chandler, Arizona.. He is survived by: his former wife Mary Beth Lambert; his wife Beverly Campbell of Wabash; his children, Donald T. Campbell of Indianapolis, Adam C. Campbell (Stephanie) of Indianapolis, Susan R. Love (Christopher) of Warsaw, John H. Whittenberger II of Wabash and Christine A. Siefer (Michael) of Bremen; his sister Sandra L. Hulsman (Bob) of Las Vegas; and his brother-in-law James W. Watson of Houston. He is also survived by grandchildren; seven beautiful great grandchildren.
