She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Shepherd and Lucy Shepherd; her son Kevin Harrell; her siblings, Ron Shepherd and Dorothy Heck; her stepmother Blanche Shepherd; and her daughter-in-law Charlene Harrell.
She is survived by: her husband Dickie Harrell of Wabash; her children, Walter Harrell (Monica) of Roanoke, James Harrell of Lagro, Frances Napier (Ed) of Urbana, Tina Eakright (Phill), Lisa Schoener, Lori McCune (Dennis) of Cochranton, Susan Kramer (Jon) of Huntington and Christina Harrell of Marion; and her siblings, Bill Shepherd of Wabash, Brice Shepherd of Rockford, Randy Shepherd of Wabash and Rosie Caldwell of Kendallville. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Wabash First Church of God building fund.
