She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Benjamen Brzozowski and Coleen Goforth. She is survived by: her parents, Dustin M. Goforth of Wabash, Indiana and Natalie Brzozowski of Wabash, Indiana; her brother Bentley Goforth of Wabash, Indiana; her grandmother Lisa Brzozowski of Wabash, Indiana; her great-grandparents, Mike and Cheryl Mertes of Plymouth, Indiana; her grandfather Jeff Goforth of Logansport, Indiana; and her uncles, Austin Goforth of Fulton, Zack Brzozowski (Sydney) of Kewana, Josh Brzozowski (Victoria) of Peru and Jacob Brzozowski (Ivy) of Peru, Indiana..
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wabash Chapel (231 Falls Ave, Wabash, IN 46992). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
