He was predeceased by: his parents, Miley Wallen and Dorothy Wallen (Hardacre). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Wallen of Wabash; his sons, Gregory Welch of North Manchester and Nathan Welch (Tab) of Warsaw; and his grandchildren, Brayden Shrock of North Manchester, Brylee Welch of North Manchester and Brantley "Fred" Welch of North Manchester. He is also survived by two brothers, and one sister.
