He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Carl and Kathryn Wasson (Kerr); his stepmother Beatrice B. Wasson; and his siblings, Dr. H. Carl Wasson, Jr. and Gladys McDowell Warner.
He is survived by: his sons, Clinton "Kip" L. Wasson, Jr. (Tary) of Wabash and David L. Wasson (Diane) of South Charleston; his grandchildren, Travis Wasson (Sarah) of Vicksburg and Jennie Miller (Brian) of South Charleston; his great grandchildren, Wyatt Wasson, Norah Wasson of Vicksburg, Mary Miller of South Charleston and June Miller of South Charleston; his grandchild Brittiney Miller (Adam Snyder); and his great grandchildren, Cash Miller of South Charleston and Jack Miller of South Charleston. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
