He is survived by: his son Charles Shook, II (Debra) of Huntington; his grandchildren, Jennifer Willett (Matthew) and Eric Tackett; and his great grandchildren, Makayla Willett and Lucas Willett. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
