She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis E. Sr. Jett and Mildred Alene Jett (Bundren). She is survived by: her children, Amanda Sisco (Joe) of Lagro, Justin Bitzel (Kayla) of Wabash and Scott Sager of Wabash; her grandchildren, James Sisco of Lagro, Gracie Sisco of Lagro, Kaystin Bitzel of Wabash and Kaylin Bitzel of Wabash; and her siblings, Marilyn Strong (George) of Wabash and Louis E. Jett Jr. of Fort Wayne, Indiana..

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association or Carolyn's request is you vote Republican.
