She is survived by: her parents, Donald Samons of Carlyle and Teresa Gressley of Wabash; her husband Julian Hernandez; her daughters, Nickie Lyann Learned of Wabash and Nora Lakyesha Samons of Wabash; and her siblings, Franklin Gressley (Whitney) of Wabash, Dawndra Gressley of Wabash, Deedra Samons of Wabash, Brittany Quino-Belli (Elizar) of Wabash and Emily Kuczewski (Colby) of Wabash.
