He is survived by: his father Timothy Creasey of Kempton; his stepparents, Julie Creasey of Kempton and Tamara Lake; his daughters, Lillian Howard of North Manchester, Jasmine Howard of North Manchester, Hailey Creasey of North Manchester and Mackenzie Creasey of North Manchester; his grandparents, Willis Creasey, Betty Creasey of Frankfort, Vern Leland, Anita Leland of Wabash, Don Hendry of Andrews and Jerry Osborn of Hill Lake; his stepsiblings, Amy Jones Schild of New Haven and Josh Nelson of Tipton; and also, Lynn Lake of Wabash and Erica Howard. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles.
