He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Marion and Lenora Estele Bell (Rogers); his son Scott Bell; and his brothers, Marion, Jerry and Steven Bell.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ellen Bell of Wabash; his daughters, Robyn Bohlander (Brian) of Summitville and Jennifer Clark (Gary) of New Castle, Indiana; his grandchildren, Heather Vanlandingham (Brett) of Monroe, William Foust of Peru, Haley Holmes (Levi) of Wabash, Hannah Bennie of Gas City, Zachary Clark (Abbie) of Anderson and Alyssa Elmore (Tyler) of Ingalls, Indiana; his stepgrandchildren, Cody Bohlander (Marisa) of Jonesboro and Jade Michael (Josh) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; his brother Roger Bell (Pene) of Noblesville, Indiana; and his friend Tom Driscoll of Wabash. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
Preferred memorials are the Alzheimer's Association or Shriners Hospital for Children.
