She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Gullotti (Heather) of Fort Wayne and Nicholas Gullotti (Alicia) of Wabash; her grandchildren, Andi Conliff of Wabash, Malachi Gullotti of Fort Wayne and Evelyn Gullotti of Fort Wayne; and her siblings, Daniel Sample (Virginia) of Oklahoma, Theresa Hamilton (Bill) of Wabash, Katrina Girvan (Jim) of Florida, Kurt Mullett (Dianna) of Wabash and Kent Mullett (Tammy) of Wabash.
