She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Gressley and Lena Gressley (Copeland); her sons, Asberry Dwayne Simpson, Thomas Henry Simpson and David Simpson; her grandson Asberry Michael Simpson; and her siblings, Sherman, Minor Gressley and Betty Treska.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Thomas Simpson of LaFontaine and Kenneth Adams of Pennsylvania; and her brother Ival Gressley of Wabash, Indiana.. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
