She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Perkins and Ruby Perkins (Ramey). She is survived by: her children, Michelle Case of Wabash, Tammi Keefer of Wabash, Cindy Steele of Wabash and James Steele (Heather) of Wabash; and her siblings, Jimmy Perkins (Alice Faye) of Wabash, Roger Perkins (Ruby) of Madison, Sheila Jennings (Ken) of Athens, Lisa Perkins of Watkinsville, Georgia. and Dorothy Ratliff (Robert) of Watkinsville, Georgia.. She is also survived by six grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
