She was predeceased by: her parents, Arltain Jefferies and Anita Jefferies (Madley); her husband Donald L. Proffitt; and her brothers, Bob Jefferies and Glenn Jefferies.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Harter (Tim) of Columbia City, Jerry Proffitt (Sheri) of Wabash and Greg Proffitt (Treccia Proffitt) of Wabash; her brothers, Richard Jefferies (Betsy) of Jonesboro and Rick Jefferies (Suanne) of Marion; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Mysliwiec (Derek), Kimberly Parker (Adam), Tanner Proffitt, Tyler Proffitt, Jessica Fishback (Ryan), MaKayla Proffitt (Skylar Hall) and MaKenna Proffitt; and her great grandchildren, Alexia Wyse, Austin Wyse, Allison Parker, Madison Parker, Mason Fishback, Ella Fishback and River Hall.
