He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph R. Townsley and Wilma M. Davison Townsley Myers; and his sister Margaret Pfoff. He is survived by: his wife Gloria A. Townsley; his children, Rana Howard (Jay) of Vincennes, Gloria Wirtz (Larry) of Montgomery, IN, Bill Townsley Jr. (Julie Bailey) of Vincennes, IN, Chuck Townsley (Gean) of Austin, TX and Carol Tussey (Jeff) of LaSalle, IL.; and his grandchildren, Amanda Gomez, Erika Reynolds, John Lee, Ryan Wirtz, Jennifer Madison, Bridget Trousdale, Billy Townsley, Brandon Townsley, Steven Litherland, Emily Skaife, Michael Townsley, Trey Tussey, Bailey Jones, Morgan Wanke and Tristan Tromley. He is also survived by 27 Great grandchildren.
