Virginia Imogene Bilyard Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Imogene Bilyard of Vincennes, Indiana, born in Sesser, Illinois, who passed away on January 29, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roberta Sample Cockrum and Wayne Kirkpatrick Cockrum; her husband Stanley Bilyard; her son John David Newsom; and her grandson John Michael Newsom.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Wayne Newsom, Terri Lynn Newson Rollins, Karla J. Newsom Lewis and Mary Jo Newsom Myers; her grandchildren, Amy Fourez Johnson, Cameron Fourez, Ashley Rogers, Kyle Lewis, Nikki Newsom, Jesse Rogers, Dakota Rogers and Kelsi Lewis Stubblefield; and her sister Marlene Cockrum Payne. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
