He was predeceased by: his parent Frank Maurice; his grandmother Sullivan Todd; his wife Carol Todd (Robb); his children, Jeff Todd, Amy and Phyllis Todd; and his siblings, Frank Maurice Todd Jr., Bobby Louis, Ruth Janet and Levita Jean.
He is survived by: his children, Ozeta Barwick (Dale) of Washington, IN, Penny Wood (Jeff) of Vincennes and Roscoe Todd Jr. (Tammy) of Vincennes; and his siblings, Frankie Fraker, Joe Todd of Vincennes, IN, Sarah Henry of Sullivan, IN, Donna Evans, Dorothy "Dottie" Shappard and Paul Todd. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (919 Willow St, Vincennes, IN 47591).
