He was predeceased by: his father David W. Burns; his grandparents, Amel E., Dorothy Hightshoe, Robert and Cora Burns; and his aunts and uncles, Bernard Burns, Robert Burns, John Burns, Steven Hightshoe, Peggy Hightshoe and Anna Coleman.
He is survived by: his mother Linda L. Burns (Hightshoe); and his aunts and uncles, Barbara Shea, Doris Bush, Diane Burns, Macy, Richard Burns (Jane), Macy and Daniel Burns (Cheryl). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
