He was predeceased by: his parents, Duel Charles Durham and Mary Jane Greentree Durham; his sons, Robert Lee Durham and Gary Ray Durham; his siblings, Charles "Jake" Durham, Jack Durham and Norma Stanford; and his grandson Steven Durham.

He is survived by: his significant other Marilyn Kay Dyhouse Durham; his stepchildren, Rosemarie Woolard (Jim) and Trecca; his sister Donna Sue Collison (Marilyn); his grandchildren, Jeremy Woolard, Heather Woolard, Vicki Jo Arthur, Marion Neal Arthur and Leah; and also, Reed "Boogie", Matthew Wilkes, Jessica Wilkes, Kaleigh Wilkes, Michelle Wilkes, Robert, Nick Durham, Sean Durham, Ian Durham and Brandy Durham. He is also survived by great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Lincoln Pride of The Green in honor of Robert Durham.
