He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel "Forbes" Essenberg and John Essenberg; his former wife Frances "Millard"; and his siblings, Camille Coston, Betty Jean Locke and James Essenberg.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Barbara Price, Susan Palagyi, Beth Rhoden, Jeanie Jacobs (Jeff) and Julie Curtis; his grandchildren, Bethany Harmon (Dean), Jason Price (Ellen), Terry Palagyi (Amy), Robert Palagyi (Diana), Annie Palagyi, Scott Rhoden (Staysha), Holly Rhoden, Joshua Jacobs (Danielle), Shannon Barstow (Jim) and Garrett Brink; and his sister Mary Dudeck (Louis). He is also survived by 22 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
