He is survived by: his significant other Teresa Merydith of Vincennes; his stepfather Charles Perkins; his stepchildren, Mike Burke of Vincennes, Shane Burke of Vincennes, Jesse Montogomery (Amanda) of Vincennes and Tyler Montgomery (Ashlee) of Vincennes; his sister Angie Hamilton (Gene) of Vincennes; and his half-brothers, Jason R. Burke of Vincennes and John Perkins (Katie) of Newburgh. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and several aunts, uncles and cousins, nieces and nephews.
