He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Moyer and Bernice Ackman Moyer; his former wife Norma Smith; his wife Martha "Marty" Burnett; his children, Diane Froning (Mark) of Friendly, OH, Rick Moyer (Cathleen Rooney) of Carmel, IN, Cheryl Loftin (Tom) of Cypress, TX and Radonna Piper (Bud) of Laurel, MS.; his grandchildren, Lindsey Froning, Nate Moyer, Alliy Moyer, Christopher Moyer, Angela Rundle, Amber Piper and Taylor Piper; and his former wife Norma Moyer. He was also cherished by 4 great grandchildren.
