He is survived by: his wife Sharon Seals (McCoy); his children, Sonya Mae Turner, Phillip Eugene Seals Jr., Joseph Michael Seals (Heather) and Christopher Shane Seals (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Nathan Carie, Cheyenne Seals, Braedon Stevens, Tristan Seals, Dante Seals, Franklin Seals, Jadden Seals, Ava Seals, Katelyn Turner, Thomas Turner and Brielle Seals. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
