She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyman W. Ballard and Barbara Lee Ballard (Lucas); her husband Frank Blackburn; and her sister Nancy Bathe. She is survived by: her daughter Laura Lee Bobe (Rick Fletcher); her grandchildren, Mackenzie Pepmeier (Kelby), Hunter Gus Bobe, Blake Bobe, Delaney Bobe (Macy McNeece), Presley Bobe and Jackson Bobe; her great grandchildren, Kaden and Kynlee Pepmeier; and her sisters, Karen Sue Weber and Debbie Gary (Doug) of Chicago, Illinois. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
