He was predeceased by: his parents, James G. Talley and Edith K. Frye (Anderson); and his father-in-law Larry Arthur. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Talley; his daughter Kayla Wilkinson (Jared); his grandchildren, Emily, Aubri and Wilkinson Twins; his mother-in-law Norma Arthur; and his siblings-in-law, Tony Arthur, Marilyn Pennell (Dave) and Carolyn Butler (Brad Bilskie).
