He was predeceased by: his father Harry Leon Hartley; and his brother Earl "Blue" Hartley. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Hartley (Potter); his wife Dawn Hartley; his children, Joe Hartley, Jennifer Hartley, Stephanie Smith, Haylee Hartley, Terry Lee, Shilynn Hartley, Bayne Hartley and Wraith Hartley; his grandchildren, Gracie Hartley, Mateya Hartley, Landon Hartley, Rylan Koch, Valek Lindauer and Aidan Lindauer; and his siblings, Kim Hopper (Jim), April Hartley, Jane Cox (Mark) and Shawn Hartley.
