She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Orlan and Thelma Lorean Organ (Hicks); her spouse Gene L. Darnold; her brother Jess Organ; and her half-sister Shirley Deem.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Wilkey (Carl) of Decatur, IL and Jeanne Henderson (David) of Morris, IL; her brother John Organ of Vincennes; her stepbrother Larry Lockhart (Claudia) of Vincennes; her half-sister Kathy Denny; her grandchildren, Brooke Patel (James), Lindsey Rotz (B. J.), Katie Wade (Eric) and Michael Henderson; her great grandchildren, Addison and Ripken Rotz; and her nieces and nephews, Scott Organ, Mike Organ, Diane Goldsboro, Janet Buescher, Cindy Morris, Pam Anderson, Kim Snapp and Brian Organ.
