She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Valley and Laura Botmans Valley; her husband Richard W. Vieck; her son Richard F. "Ricky" Vieck; her daughter-in-law Kari Vieck; and her brother Rene Valley.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Miller of Charleston, SC, David Vieck of Vincennes, Carol Hageman (Bernie) of Tempe, AZ, Terry Vieck of Vincennes and Jackie Richardville (Bob) of Vincennes; and her grandchildren, Tracy Howell (Kyle), Jennifer Weber, Chris Miller (Faith), Julie Jung (Frank), Emily Harts (Jared), Erin Hageman-Schwald (Erich), Craig Vieck (Sarah), Taylor Vieck (Megan), Katie Johnson (Bud), Kelly Eck (Logan), Valerie Rusch (Doug), Matt Richardville (Renee), Adam Richardville (Jordan) and Kyle Richardville (Michelle). She is also survived by 27 great grandchildren.
