He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche A. Noble (Downey) and Cyrus A. Downey; and his siblings, Brian Noble and Loretta Perry. He is survived by: his brother Myron Noble of Vincennes. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
