It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathi Lynn Randolph of Vincennes, Indiana, who passed away on May 29, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Clark "Peanut" and Carolyn Sue Brochin Harsha; and her husband Richard Randolph. She is survived by: her daughters, Kristina Randolph and Elizabeth Randolph of Mexia, Texas; her grandchildren, Charles Randolph, Madelyn Randolph and Gracie Randolph; her stepfather Larry Harsha of Edwardsport; and her siblings, William "Bill" Clark Jr. (Anita), Jeffrey Clark of Vincennes and Carrie Lunsford (Donald) of Vincennes. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
