She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Osborn and Wilma Osborn (Margrave); her husband Lewis H. Gregory; and her brother Jerry Osborn. She is survived by: her son Steven Mark Gregory of Vincennes, Indiana; her brother Don Osborn (Brenda) of Casey; and her siblings-in-law, George "Butch" Clark Gregory (Mary) of Reeds Spring, Missouri, Georgia E. Peterson (Reeve) of San Diego and Mary Jo Buchanan (Terry) of Mt. Vernon. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces, cousins.
